The "Clear Sky Clock" is a handy new standard for predicting local weather for astronomical observing in far more detail than conventional weather forecasts. Peterborough's Clear Sky Clock provides information on current and future cloud cover, but also looks at the clarity and stability of the sky. It also takes into consideration when the moon will be out and what phase it is in. |
